The staff was courteous and professional this includes the manager, the individual on reception and even the room attendant. The washrooms were clean and tidy.

Nothing specific which was not liked. Just that there the kitchen operates for specific timings. But the staff has tied up the things with neighbouring nice restaurant for any requirement.

Simple but functional room less than 5 min from a beautiful beach. AC and WiFi was working well. Right on the main road (but still quite) so it is easy to walk to the beaches, shops and restaurants or get a taxi or tuktuk quickly. Breakfasts were tasty (both western and Indian style) and there is a restaurant directly in the hotel. Hotel manager Neesha was extremely helpful with planning everything. If you don't need luxury it is a good choice for your convenience and budget.

I would appreciate a lighter duvet, but that is a tiny detail. Ventilator was a little bit louder, but I was still able to sleep well.

Suit and very clean room with white bedding. Owner was very welcoming and we felt as we know him already. He offered us things which was not in our package and it was wonderful choice in this budget.

Room could have a : 1. Wall clock 2. A table and 2 chairs inside 3. A landline to be used for reception 4. A pantry to have tea coffee and basic breakfast as charges in the nearby cafés are 10x of what we usually get.

Neesha the manager made our stay so comfortable. Felt like home!! She had wonderful recommendations for food and stuff to do around the island . The staff were very sweet and welcoming ! I spend over a week there and it flew so quickly. It’s quiet and cozy

Staff was excellent especially the GM. Resort in itself is well made and blended with nature. Room was beautiful with its own personal balcony and sitting area

Overall the place was clean but toilet needed bleaching.

We stayed at Yerrata Resorts for a few nights around New Year’s Eve 2025. Our room was spacious, with a good bed, well furnished (including a fridge and a dryer, which we appreciated), and a nice veranda (pity that the mosquitoes liked it as much as we did – luckily, the mosquitoes repellent in the room was effective). The breakfast offers different European and Indian meals – we chose Indian meals; they were all tasty. The location is good, with a very small beach nearby (about 5 minutes walking distance) with an almost “private feel” (we were the only people there, with some occasional trespassers). In the vicinity, there are many restaurants to go to (our favourite was the “Full Moon Café”). The main town on Havelock Island (Govind Nagar) is about 1,5 km away. Finally, the staff was very friendly and helpful, which we appreciated very much.

Although the breakfast was good, we would definitively welcome a wider variety of local fruits (just banana and water melon every day is OK, but nothing to stand out).
