On the border of the jungle. I saw more animals sitting on the porch of my room than on the jungle trek. Staff are friendly and fun.

It’s literally on the rocks. A 10 climb up stairs to get to the hotel.

Great location above Bukit Lawang on the edge of the national park. You can see Orangutangs and monkeys from your balcony. The staff were excellent and always available to help with anything.

Unfortunately the restaurant was being rebuilt while we were there so we didn’t get to experience the resort in its full capacity. It should be rebuilt in a few months though.

The location is beautiful. You’ll have the wildlife right outside of your doorstep, I saw so many different monkeys. I had a view of the jungle and the river from my porch, absolutely amazing! The staff is AMAZING. They were so helpful and nice. They really spread a good vibe. The rooms are gorgeous as well as the property.

The wifi didn’t work in the room. The water in the bathroom is cold.

The food was good and the guide Ling was great. A very endearing character. Knowledgeable, positive and helpful. Although the trek was challenging, he was extremely supportive and we got to see lots of Orangutans.

Fantastic location on the border of the jungle with great views. Despite the restaurant being gone due to a fire a week ago they still managed to serve us neals and generally being very welcoming with a nice disposition. Jungle trek intelligently adapted to our ability. Managed 2 good orangutan sightings. Very satisfied witj our stay.
