According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID. Full board meal plan. Beverages are excluded. Please note that the 10% service fee is not included in the rate. This hotel is 100% nonsmoking. If there are any signals that a room has been smoked in, a fee totaling the daily rate will be charged.

A área do hotel é ampla. Possui muitas árvores, trilhas e locais para observação e atividades de lazer. A piscina, o ofuro, o espaço de spa, as quadras, o bar, a sala de estar, os bares, os restaurantes são estruturas muito confortáveis e impecáveis. Há restaurante destinado pata crianças e funcionários para fazer atividades com elas. Mas, o hotel não é somente para famílias com crianças; o espaço é amplo e tão bonito que se torna um hotel adequado para uma viagem romântica e passeio para casais ja aposentados também. As refeições são um a parte, pois oferecem opções para agradar todos os tipos de paladares e com diversidade de sabores. Os funcionários são muito agradáveis e solícitos. É uma delicia de lugar. O hotel não fica em capivari, mas é próximo de lá. Então, acaba sendo mais tranquilo: você se sente mais próximo da natureza, sem estar distante dos pontos turísticos da cidade.
