Sapa Pine Hill Eco Lodge

Everything was exceptional from start to finish. Staff were welcoming from when we came in on the early morning train, letting us use the common facilities even though our rooms weren’t ready. They managed to give our friends a free upgrade to a villa room too! The beautiful villa cabins are built in wood and smell amazing in the mornings or when you return to the room. Landscaping is beautiful with vibrant greenery over the entire property. The hotel is right in the centre of Sapa, and built on a hillside that gives all the rooms a great view over the town. Breakfast buffet spread was great, considering it was a small property. And for our departure, helping us arrange transport back to Lao Cai at a reasonable price, and seeing us off with sandwiches for the return journey, felt thoughtful and personal. We would return to Sapa to stay at Pine Hill again.

Maybe just minor gripes - the 5min climb up the hill to the hotel can feel a chore, but it’s a minor trade off for the exceptional views.

The resort was in the heart of the town. Very comfortable to reach everywhere within maximum of 15 minutes. Loved the stay. Breakfast was okay as halal options are not available. But the staff was very kind to us. They helped us a lot and also provided us egg sandwiches during our checkout. Very thoughtful

Bathrooms could be a little more cleaner. Wish Halal options were available at breakfast.

Wir haben bei Abreise 2 Lunchpakete bekommen, das war eine tolle Idee, da wir 6 Stunden Busfahrt vor uns hatten.

We loved the service. The staff were amazing and very accommodating. The location was great and rooms very spacious. Highly recommend.

Highlight of the stay was Miao Miao the adorable and friendly cat who would saunter into our room and just chill with us. We miss her so much ..... Warm , friendly and thoughtful staff like Nam and Lamh took great care of us too. Breakfast was well-curated and complete. Simple but Satisfying.

The Hotel is within walking distance of Sun Plaza but there is a portion of the walk which is slightly steep uphill . This was a little inconvenient for my elderly parents but still manageable.

모든 직원들이 굉장히 친절하고 상냥하게 대해줬습니다. 조식도 맛있고, 특히 시내와 가까워서 대부분 걸어서 여행을하기 좋았어요

화장실에서 약간 냄새가 나는데 환기가 필요해보입니다.
