Très bon emplacement, tout près du centre ville, un établissement original avec ses bungalows style chalets, au calme car un peu plus en hauteur. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable.Arrivés très tôt// à l'heure du check in, le personnel nous a proposé de prendre le petit déjeuner sans frais. Un très bon rapport qualité prix.

The location is great. Right in the centre of the town. We were kindly upgraded to a top floor bungalow that had the perfect view of the plaza which was great as there was a festival happening as we were there. Umbrellas etc were provided in the room. Staff were very nice and helpful.

The drains in the bathroom had quite a bad smell. The rooms weren’t soundproof so earplugs are necessary.

Really nice view from the room and the breakfast room. Breakfast was really good and very varied and the staff was really kind and helpful; we arrived very early from Hanoi in the morning (before 5am) and although the room wasn’t ready we were allowed to rest in the lobby and shower and have breakfast in the morning to start our day nicely. Location is also super central so very handy.

Das Hotel liegt im Herzen von Sa Pa. Es ist aber etwas oberhalb und dadurch sehr ruhig gelegen. Ins Zentrum geht man zwei, drei Minuten leicht bergab. Das Hotel wird von einem jungen, sehr motivierten Team geführt, dass versucht hat uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Rezeption war jederzeit für uns ansprechbar und hat uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauber und ist sehr gepflegt. Kleinere Mängel wurden sofort behoben. Das in den Hang gebaute Hotel verfügt über eine Aufzug mit dem alle Zimmer/Villen, Restaurant und Rezeption problemlos erreicht werden können Es gibt schöne Außenbereiche, die zum entspannen einladen. Wir hatten drei Villen gebucht, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail im Lodge-Charakter (viele Holzelemente) ausgestattet sind und über eine Wohn- und eine Schlafebene verfügen. Der Blick von den Terrassen und dem Frühstücksraum ins Tal und auf die Berge ist einfach einmalig! Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und bietet sowohl warme Speisen, als auch Eierspeisen an, die frisch zubereitet werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die zwei Nächte sehr genossen. Das Hotel können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen!
