Die Lage ist erstklassig direkt im Zentrum. Sehr sauber und gepflegt alles. Kostenlose Wäscheservice und bei früher Abreise noch ein Lunchpaket erhalten. Preis Leistung passt.

Frühstück könnte man noch etwas verbessern war jedoch von allem da. Vielleicht eine größere Müsli Auswahl anbieten. Wurst Käse und baguette.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They’re definitely the assets of the property. They made an effort to pack breakfast for you are unable to make it for the breakfast.

Design of the villa can be improved. Kettle, cups are at lower level but there isn’t any sink to rinse the cups or fill the kettle. Power points are limited.

Location was good. Near Sapa city centre yet far enough to avoid the crowd and the noise. Breakfast was good. The hotel had a charming feel. The reception kindly packed us dinner on the last day so that we won't go hungry on the way back to Hanoi.

The bedroom was on the second floor while the living room was on the ground floor. This meant climbing some steep and narrow stairs every time we went up to the room or the washroom. Not recommended for anyone with mobility issues.

Very very clean. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. The food was amazing and we were upgraded from a standard room free of charge and it was incredible. Highly recommended
