Nos ofrecieron tours para ir a pescar y ver el plancton bioluminiscente. MUY RECOMENDABLE

Se tiene que pagar TODO en efectivo. Asi que importante que lleveis efectivo de cartagena porque en la isla es complicado sacar dinero

La hospitalidad de los dueños es lo que nos gustó más, tanto el recibimiento como las comidas o cualquier detalle que necesitábamos, eran muy atentos. La habitación era muy amplia y cómoda, no hay AC pero sí ventiladores. Hay bastantes mosquitos, a tener en cuenta, pero había mosquitera en la cama así que para dormir bien. La ubicación es buena, no está a pie de playa pero las playas son accesibles, solo es andar un ratito, así conoces la ilsa :)

Good hotel far away from the turists - It's a walk to the beach, but not very long, so it's a non issue. The owner is very helpful and will assist you with anything!

Die Unterkunft ist einfach super schön, zum Wohlfühlen und familiär. WiFi funktionierte ohne Probleme! Die Eigentümerin war sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet und schmeckt sehr gut. Wir konnten zu Dritt einen Schnorchel-Ausflug mit der Unterkunft machen. Was den Vorteil hatte, dass wir an einer ruhigeren Stelle schnorcheln konnten und den Tagestouristen auf der Insel entfliehen konnten. Die Strände sind fußläufig erreichbar. Auch der Dorfkern ist leicht zu erreichen. Eine schöne Lage, zentral und doch etwas versteckt, um abschalten zu können. :)

Do not expect luxury. This is a great alternative to the expensive hotels in the area. It’s a short walk to some small beaches and a 20 minute walk to playa escondida and playa libre. Getting off the “tourist trap” path is exactly what we needed. In town you will find affordable sea food and a lovely community. The owners were lovely and they had a fun parrot. The room was gorgeous and equipped with fans and a mosquito net. Maria greeted us with a coconut when we arrived. She cooks really well. Just talk to her in advance when you want food and she’s happy to cook for you.

It’s more off the beaten path. But that’s also a benefit. There should be signs when the lancha drops you off. Normally the owner meets you but we booked super last minute. Book with anticipation and they will meet you. The shower water is a reverse osmosis water they have in the city. It’s slightly salty. Just be prepared for not a full on shower. But that’s what they have in the island and doing what the locals do is what I came for.

Maria y José que son los dueños, son un encanto. Te tratan muy bien y te ayudan en todo lo que pueden. En el jardín, que es precioso, puedes ver millones de mariposas y colibrís. Si vuelvo a la isla, sin duda volveré!
