A super chill spot surrounded by nature, just a short walk from the main village in Orika. Had an amazing time spear fishing with Jose and checking out the glowing plankton at night. Jose and Maria were so friendly and welcoming, and Maria’s food was awesome!

Rooms really spacious and clean, bathroom huge! The food we had was really delicious.

Fans could be stronger in rooms and maybe electricity could stay on longer in the morning as 8am is very early to turn off! Also would be good if there was more of a menu for mealtimes so can see what comes with the food. Door was also really hard to unlock.

Friendly staff, family -run company, food it's okay

The bioluminescence tour looks really overpriced (70k for a ten minute boat ride, no explanation or anything, just swim there and enjoy).. apparently t's the same price all over the island, but you can do it by yourself going to the Laguna encantada and swim there with a pair of goggles. Bathroom facilities (in the familiar room) not so good, no water coming from the sink and it took hours to have water in the toilet.

Friendly people

They don’t pay much attention to the guess confort, they don’t have soap in the showers and the toilet paper is not available all the time. They don’t clean the room every day which under the Island conditions, it is very necessary.

Staff were very nice. And it was quite clean and close to beaches. Plus they offered services like the plancton night swim and getting to Cartagena, for better prices than offered in Cartagena.

I had a wonderful time at Las Flores. Maria y José are wonderful people. I did 3 Tours with José, snorkeling, Mangroves and Plankton. I ate several times diner and everyday breakfast. I really love the lentils from Maria. It was always great. She always asked what I liked and cooked vegetarian meals for me. Oh and the sweet little Flóra, who always laughs and talks. Nothing to complain

Very friendly staff. Short walk to small shops and restaurants. There are trees and such on the property, unlike many other accomodations we passed which had zero greenery. Room came with a small patio and hammock. Friendly dog on site. Despite it's short comings, it appeared to be better set up than the other accomodations we passed (not including the resorts). We didn't particularly feel the island was worth going to (given the associated costs and how run down and covered in trash it is), but if you do decide to go, I'd recommend staying here.

Salt water showers (no fresh water available). Power only runs from 6pm-8am. Quite loud at times due to adjacent buildings blasting their music. The food portions were quite small and bland for the price (there are other options in the area). Gaps between walls and roof allow tons of mosquitos and massive spiders into the room. Expensive for what you get. Not much to do on the island, we wouldn't recommend staying more than 2-3 nights, if at all.

Weren’t really sure what to expect but we were impressed with the accommodation, we were upgraded to a nice bungalow, it was very clean and new. We were given mosquito nets when we asked. The family were really lovely and patient with our limited Spanish. We loved the snorkelling tour with Jose and his grandson!

We were the only people staying here, and felt a bit like we were in the way most of the time. Ordering food caused a few mix ups and was limited in options.
