Batur Cliff Panorama

I do not like doing bad reviews and it makes my heart sad to do this. Booked 3 nights. Room was full of dead flies, on floor, on bed, everywhere. Knew we were coming and did not clean. The road is unpassable unless 4x4 or motor bike. Told our driver ok and came close to doing damage to car. Asked for refund as totally unacceptable and left immediately. After several emails was told would do refund when had time. Weeks later and no reply to emails now. Photos are not true representation of property.

Emplacement magnifique avec un superbe point de vue. L’équipe est adorable, aux petits soins, le lieux est paisible et on s’y sent bien. La chambre est magnifique, confortable et agréable aussi. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe et pour les bon moments passés ensemble au coin de feu de camp ainsi que un merci particulier à Wi 😊

Excellent staff, close of the customers, the view is amazing and talking during night time around wood fire is magical! The room is awesome and very fancy! Wi is a beautiful people, always paid a good attention to customers and happy to help for anything!

Das Batur Cliff Panorama bietet eine wirklich atemberaubende Aussicht, die den Besuch definitiv wert ist. Das Personal ist super freundlich und witzig, und man merkt, dass sie sich wirklich ins Zeug legen, um den Gästen ein tolles Erlebnis zu bieten. Insgesamt ein großartiger Ort, um die Natur zu genießen und eine schöne Zeit zu verbringen!
