the camp was to close to the main road, at times noise from traffic could be heard

1- As acomodações (quarto) eram boas, embora o Wi-Fi não funcione. 2- Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e trabalham muito bem com o que tem para oferecer. 3- Às girafas do quintal do hotel são lindas. 4- O chuveiro é ótimo.

1- O banheiro aberto para tomar banho é ótimo e uma experiência incrível, mas deveria ter a opção de fechar o teto quando está chovendo ou ventando muito. 2- Wi-deve funcionar no quarto. 3- Quando informam que estão inclusos os Safáris, devem se detalhar que é no quintal do hotel e lá não tem todos os animais do Big Five. E informar também que se quiser fazer o Safari no parque nacional do Kruger devemos pagar a parte, porque da forma que está escrito pensamos que era no parque os Safáris e não são. 4- Faltou energia durante a noite toda impossibilitando carregar os aparelhos eletrônicos para o passeio do dia seguinte ( os porquês me explicaram mas não justifica). 5- Alimentação está escrito “Pensão completa” mas as bebidas não estão inclusas. 6- O café da manhã está escrito “Pensão completa” mas se eu quiser repetir eu pago pelo segundo prato. 7- Alimentação é boa e com apresentação ótima, porém é um cardápio muito simples pelo valor cobrado. 8- Todos os dias tem dois safáris mas fui informada que eu só poderia fazer 4, quando cheguei no hotel. 9- Enviei mensagem durante a madrugada e só no dia seguinte me informaram que não tem atendimento 24hs. Se tiver algum problema na magrinha da estamos sozinhos então?! Não achei legal. 10- Wi-Fi péssimo no Loudge e no quarto não funciona.

Es war ein unfassbar herzlicher Umgang, sodass wir uns die 5 Tage wie Familienmitglieder oder Freunde gefühlt haben und nicht wie in einem anonymen Hotel. Auch wenn es die Big5 nicht im eigenen „Garten“ gibt, sind unfassbar schöne viele Tiere da und man kann eine extra evening Safari bei einem Nachbar Resort buchen, das die Big5 hat. Wir waren rundum zufrieden, haben einen unfassbaren Luxus erlebt (das Menu wurde immer von der Köchin persönlich vorgestellt, abends wurde am Feuer zusammen gesessen, unser Zimmer wurde abends für die Nacht vorbereitet und bei den 2x täglichen Game Drives wurde und allerhand aus der Tierwelt erklärt). Kurzum alles perfekt und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Atendimento de todos os funcionários é maravilhoso! Quarto muito limpo e confortável, exceto pelo fato de não ter ar condicionado. Para nós não foi um problema pois fomos no inverno, mas no verão não indico... A recepção é linda e o quarto também impecável! Comida é boa porém achamos os pratos pequenos...

Se o seu objetivo é SAFARI, este não é o local. A propriedade possui alguns animais e o guia é muito dedicado, porém não possuem elefante, leões, rinocerontes, hipopótamos... Vimos somente algumas espécies de antílopes, búfalos, crocodilo e girafas. Devido a frustração de não ver todos os animais o hotel nos levou a um lodge próximo ao Maroelani e lá pudemos ver os Big Five... Também é difícil entrar e sair do hotel, para isso precisamos entrar em contato com a acomodação para liberar o portão. Sugero deixar um acesso de senha aos hóspedes assim que confirmarem a reserva.

Wir hatten einen unglaublich schönen Aufenthalt. Da gesamte Personal ist so herzlich und bemüht, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war sehr lecker und es blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Perfect Stay at Maroelani Lodge! We had an amazing time at Maroelani Lodge. The value for money is fantastic – luxury at a fair price. The service was excellent – from the friendly owner and great kitchen team to the ranger, who made every private game drive special. The lodge feels like a small boutique hotel, perfect for couples. The food was delicious, with big portions, and the chef was happy to cook what we liked. Everyone did everything possible to make us happy. We could even watch animals right from our lodge – just amazing! Highly recommended! Thanks to Francis and her team, who made our trip very special ♥️

Even before we arrive a lovely message is sent enquiring about our requirements for our stay and whether we were celebrating any special occasion. Lucky for us the resort was not too busy and we were upgraded to their fabulous Riverbed suite with its own splash pool. We did a couple of game drives on the estate with Brandon. Who is extremely knowledgeable and conscientious. The second day was my birthday and Kim and the team laid on a special breakfast out by the dam complete with singing and dancing!! Despite the resort being quiet, the quality of service never diminished. Every meal was excellent, and the staff always went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Nothing was ever too much trouble, reflecting the team's commitment to guest satisfaction. Our holiday was truly unforgettable, thanks to the outstanding efforts of Kim, Brandon, and the entire team. Their attention to detail and dedication ensured that our stay was exceptional in every way.

Cannot fault anything.
