Maroelani Lodge- Greater Kruger Private Reserve

Overall everything was perfect as the concept of jungle everything was raw and well maintained. Pest control is too good. Owner and tour guide were sweet enough to greet us every day and tailor things according to our requirements.Staff in the lounge is superb.

There should be a proper wardrobe for clothes and locker for valuables.

Atendimento péssimo , não tem praticamente suporte, refeições pequenas (sem flexibilidade na escolha do Menu), restrições alimentares não foram efetuadas, eles retiram o controle do ar condicionado do quarto para você não conseguir utilizar. Ficamos 1 dia sem almoço pois todo o Staff foi embora do hotel, tivemos que nos mesmos abrir a porta do salão principal e ascender todas as luzes.

Nothing, all was excellen but the bathroom is not enclosed, I am fine with it but some might find this a problem.

Absolutely great experience. You are being pampered from the very first second. Francis, the owner is the most attentive, efficient and friendly person and also organised transfers and extra activities, like a day trip to Kruger, at incredibly fair prices. Many thanks for that. All her team is amazing! Special mention goes to Gert, the guide, is the nicest person and kindest soul, remarkably skilled, knowledgeable and professional, true well of information about animals and wild life, deeply passionate about his work and with a flair like he comes right from a Hollywood Golden Age movie! I really hope to be back! Thanxxxxxx!!!

Would have loved to stay longer!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and made our stay so enjoyable. The setting was stunning and the treehouse rooms were very nice and private. We really enjoyed our game drives with Gert and were very lucky to be the only ones on each of the drives during our stay.
