Harewood Lodge - Single and Double Rooms Self Serve Apartment

Owner was speaking very roudely .he don’t help me to enter in the house . I wast my money . I highly recommend no body use this hotel .very bad service and staf.

Nothing poor hotel and facilities

Arrived at the property late in the evening. There were unmade beds and food and litter left out on the table and furniture. Didn't feel able to stay as it felt like someone was already staying and might turn up. Ended up having to book into a hotel.

It was unacceptable. Dirty and unsafe. The hosts does not answer any concerns and you'll be left with nowhere to stay as well as out of pocket.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Owners only care about taking your money, ignored my texts and the room was clearly not cleaned beforehand. Wank stains and everything

I have booked the same property twice was freezing , un clean, the beds and locks were broken and there was a huge lack of privacy. The front door was uneasy to get into having to download and register to a new app to scan a device to get in?? The second time we booked for 2 days. Ended up staying 3 hours and was so cold we left! After texting booking the host and having a look for the boiler itself. So I booked this property hoping for a better stay. The same host rings me to shout and be rude to me on the phone saying he was to cancel our reservation and we needed to cancel online, this meant we cancelled and loose our refund money. This is beyond crazy
