We could not get the heating on in the property and when we messaged the host there was no reply Also it wasn’t the cleanest of places

I was not able to even enter the property. I paid and didnt even receive a refund. Can the owner please reach out to me and return my hard earned money?

I have still not been contacted by the owner. And I still habnt received my money back. I couldn't even get into the property and when I tried to contact the owner. They were nowhere to be seen

I could not even gain. Access to the property I booked the last room yet when I looked on booking.com the room was still available yet the price had gone up this is a scam. The code I was sent did not work I will never book with these again

The first night i stayed was ok

The second. Night i could not get in because the lock the battery needs replacing . I said this did not get my money back or anything they blamed me

Good location

Goodness me !! The check-in process involved downloading a digital key app.. such a bleddy polava, jumping through hoops just to step into a room .. quite a nuisance.

If you rent a property out you think you be able to get into it I was tired trying get in this property for 2 hours then had to sleep in my car .tied the phone number no reply down loaded some silly app which did not work. I not happy and hardly slept

Unfortunately the cleaner hadn’t turned up or informed the property manager that she was ill.
