The Wi Fi worked and TV worked

Owner of Harewood Lodge sent me to another address at 31 London Road in Kings Lynn instead (complete different area). It was a Doss house with a filthy Kitchen, stained matress in hall and lots of clutter, splashed paint all over walls doors, shower either red hot or cold, etc. I never got to see Harewood Lodge as owner deemed that he was a travel agent who chose where his guests could go. I will be complaining to Booking.com and will be in contact with Mastercard for my money back. Cheek of this fellow is beyond words!

NOTHING AS I DID NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY THE OWNER CALLED ME AT 18.55 ON THE DAY OF BOOKING AND ASKED IF I WOULD STAY AT ANOTHER OF HIS PROPERTIES - GATE LODGE

IT SEEMS THAT HAREWOOD LODGE MAY NOT EXIST MY BOOKING WAS CHANGED AT SHORT NOTICE AND HAVING CHECKED OTHER REVIEWS (SINCE MY EXPERIENCE) OTHER CUSTOMERS HAVE BEEN MOVED AT SHORT NOTICE VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND GATE LODGE AND NO-ONE ANSWERING THE PHONE FOR DIRECTIONS - MADE ME FEEL EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE AND VULNERABLE AS A LONE FEMALE

It's nice little cosy place. Booked this whole place for few days and it's in peaceful areas and can see some ducks around and if you're lucky you might see some baby dear from kitchen window. Overall this place is good for money

Filthy, broken furniture, cold, once the back door was opened it wouldn’t close. I have many photos but can unfortunately only share 4

The shower was broken the owner said it working the was no one there help please take this off booking. Com then they try to charge 😒 extra fees

No good smells of dam.
