The Cloud Resort

Потрясающее место, где природа и сервис идеально дополняют друг друга. Панорамное окно в домике — это отдельный вид медитации, горы буквально становятся частью интерьера. Но что действительно поразило — это отношение. Менеджер сделал всё, чтобы мы чувствовали себя самыми дорогими гостями; такой уровень искренней заботы и вовлеченности я встречаю впервые. Идеальное сочетание уединения и безупречного сервиса

Отличный отель, на вершине горы. Были семьей на одну ночь, снимали 2 домика. Забронировали день в день, связались по телефону с хозяином, попросили приготовить ужин, он любезно согласился. Поехал в город за продуктами и сказал что подождёт нас там, чтоб проводить к отелю. По пути в отель за 20 км у нас сломался автомобиль, мы сообщили это ему и он приехал за нами и забрал нас 4-х и 2 все наши чемоданы пакеты и сумки🤦🏻‍♂️. За это отдельное Спасибо! Созвонился с практикой компанией и договорился чтоб ключи от сломанной машины они забрали из отеля. Ночью забрали ключи и утром нам пригнали к отелю новый автомобиль, тот починить не успели)) Персонал в отеле очень клиентоориентирован. Завтрак очень вкусный, мы вечером отметили что дочь не есть омлет, ей приготовили что то свое(не помню уже). По приезду лил дождь стеной. К машине подбежали 2 парня с зонтами и нам всех вывели под крышу. У собственника большие планы, 9 домиков построено еще строит 6 уже с бассейнами и отдельно кафе с сауной. Будет строить вертолетную площадку, так как добираться чуть чуть не удобно и я думаю цену из за этого сильно не поднять, а когда будет еще один способ туда попасть, то это уже совсем другие клиенты и цена соответственно. Вообщем спасибо за отличный прием и отдых.

Чуть чуть можно уделить внимание чистоте. В отеле идет стройка в 9 утра строители начинают работать, кто любит поспать может не понравится это, но они прям откровенно не стучат ( но разговаривают) но они такие же приветливые и любезные как весь персонал в отели.

What an absolutely stunning place this is. We wanted to stay a lot longer. Set up in the hills away from the hubbub of Kandy, is this tranquil place surrounded by nature, yet only a 35 minute tuk tuk ride from the city. The room is outstanding and has a glass wall so you can lay in bed and see the beautiful sunrise in the morning. There is a large platform to chill and enjoy the monkeys playing in the morning. The food was exquisite, we had breakfast and dinner in our room and also in the restaurant. The chef is terrific. The real highlight of this hotel is inthizar who runs it. He could not have done more for us and even took us out for the day, showed us plants, herbs and banana's! (Who knew there were so many different varieties!) The tea factory he took us to was really intimate and we had a really immersive experience there, which was so much better than a big tea plantation tour. He also took us to a temple which we would never have found on our own. An absolute gem of a place from the room, the nature, the staff, the food and of course Inthi. We would stay here again in a heartbeat

Nothing, everything was amazing

Stupendous, panoramic mountain views. Luxurious accommodation and exceptional food. Our host was helpfulness personified.

On the expensive side by Sri Lankan standards but we got what we paid for.

Man kann von diesem Resort einfach nur schwärmen. Es war unsere erste Unterkunft in Sri Lanka nach unserer Ankunft. Die Lage ist traumhaft schön und entspricht genau den Bildern. Inthizar hat sich zwei Tage Zeit für uns genommen und uns die gesamte Umgebung gezeigt. Wir hätten kaum mehr Glück haben können als diese Begegnung mit ihm. Wir haben viel von Land und Leute erfahren. Auch Amejd und Imantha waren unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommen und haben uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Und dann das Essen von Dulfi- einfach ein Traum. Ungelogen haben wir auf unserer gesamten Sri Lanka Reise bisher nie ein vergleichbar köstliches Curry genossen. Alles frisch zubereitet und unheimlich würzig- wir werden ewig davon träumen und freuen uns auf eine Wiederkehr! Vielen dank dem ganzen Team für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt!

Wir Hatten eine unglaublich schöne Zeit im The Cloud Resort. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, mit Liebe gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Der Ausblick morgens aus dem Bett ist atemberaubend, das Essen ist super vielfältig und kreativ und so so lecker, es wird auf individuelle Bedürfnisse bzgl Essen Rücksicht genommen und allgemein ist die Atmosphäre hier einwenig wie als würde man nach Hause kommen. Inthizar ist ein unglaublich toller Gastgeber, der authentisch versucht alles möglich zu machen was man sich wünscht, der voller Stolz und mit der viel Wissen einen auf kleine Abenteuer in der Gegend mitnimmt und auch sonst bei allen Angelegenheiten sofort zur Seite steht. Es kommt hier von Herzen Menschen eine gute Zeit zu bereiten. Rundum also eine absolute Empfehlung!! Vielen Dank für diese tolle Zeit hier, wir werden in jedem Fall wiederkommen, wenn wir nochmal auf Sri Lanka sein werden!

The host was fabulous and so caring, he looked after everything I could need and would arrange anything that I wanted to do or see. Such an amazing location and great experience!

We stayed at The Cloud Resort 2 nights and we didn't want to leave... Inthizar, the host, is very friendly, kind and thoughtful. On the road to the resort he sent us all the instructions so that we could find our way to the place, called us to make sure we don't get lost and even sent one of the staff members to meet us when we did get a little lost 😅 On our first day he showed us around the resort and told us about his plans for further extension and development of the territory (hope, they'll manage to turn them all into reality). He also brought us to a tea factory and to view point to see the sunset, where he took some nice pictures of us. The breakfasts we had were all homemade and delicious as well as the dinners. On our last evening the host and his team organised a dinner with candles for us on the terrace of our lodge 😊 And the views - of course, they are breathtaking. Misty mountains and green valleys in the morning, you can watch the sun rising right from the rocking bed in the lodge (that lulls you softly at night) or from the sunbeds on the terrace. Apes, mongooses and birds come right to the terrace in the morning, so you can watch them in their natural life. All in all, we're stunned by the beauty and serenity of the place, we'd definitely come back!

Breakfast was exceptional. The hotel provided us generous amount of food and everything was very tasty. The View from the room and the premise was stunning.
