Потрясающее место! Невероятные виды, чистота в домах. Хозяин вкладывает душу в это место. Номер с террасой и кроватью на веревках просто шикарен. Прямо к двери приходят обезьяны, если предложишь им лакомство. Завтрак на выбор местный или европейский, все очень вкусно! Ужин тоже всегда можно попросить приготовить ко времени. Inthisar продолжает строить и развивать свой объект, даже домик Хоббита сделал! Желаем ему успеха и благополучия! Спасмбо за теплый прием и впечатления на год вперед))

This place is magical. We stayed for 1 night but could have stayed forever. The host Inthizar and his team were so accommodating. The views are incredible, dinner was exquisite as was breakfast. We woke up to a family of monkeys who were great fun to watch for a few hours whilst relaxing in the morning. Do NOT miss this place, it's beautiful and will stay with you forever. TIP - stop on the way to grab some beer as they don't have alcohol. They went out specially for us 🍀

We stayed 1 night at the cloud, the views were absolutely amazing inside the room and outside of the room. The owner was very attentive even before we arrived at the cloud, really spent his time engaging with you about the surroundings, the resort and the spices and tea in the area. He couldn’t have done enough for you. Always at the end of the phone and even when we had left he wanted to know if we had reached our next destination safely due to the weather conditions and still was available if we needed anything. We had dinner in the room which was a traditional Sri Lankan dinner which was very yummy. We had a little family of lizards in the room which was equally lovely to hear them, could see bats flying outside catching the flies which was nice to watch. In the morning we were greeted by a gang of monkeys which was funny to watch and get some great pictures as they come up to the windows.

The communication was excellent even before we arrived. Inthizar our host was so helpful with quick responses and perfect English. Even during extreme weather conditions we were very well looked after with personalised meals cooked for us. Travel organised and made to feel very safe.

We were there during a cyclone so the whole country was in a disaster but we were so well looked after and all the staff were very kind and helpful to us.

The view was breathtaking - I just wish the rain cleared up for us to see the stars. This unique place really felt special. One thing I wish the place had is a dehumidifier. Because of the humidity, it does feel a bit stuffy so a dehumidifier would help make the place feel and smell clean.

The leaks we had through the ceiling when it rained and the mildew smell we had due to the humidity which made the place feel stuffy.

Our stay at The Cloud Resort was truly exceptional and exceeded all expectations. The location is breathtaking, with panoramic mountain views and a serene atmosphere that makes you feel as if you are floating above the clouds. It is the perfect place for anyone seeking peace, inspiration, and a meaningful connection with nature. The nights were just as magical, offering clear skies perfect for stargazing, which added a memorable and romantic touch to the experience. The hospitality was one of the highlights of our stay. I want to give special appreciation to Inthizar, the manager, for his warm personality, genuine care, and remarkable attention to detail. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable, welcomed, and well cared for. The entire team was equally kind, attentive, and dedicated, making us feel valued throughout our stay. The rooms are beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully arranged to maximize comfort and scenic enjoyment. The relaxing ambiance, fresh air, and thoughtful layout make it ideal for unwinding and truly connecting with the surroundings. The property also has Wi-Fi, which was convenient as I work remotely while still enjoying a peaceful retreat. The food was delicious, freshly prepared, and served with great care, reflecting the resort’s passion for genuine hospitality and memorable dining experiences. Overall, The Cloud Resort offers a rare combination of natural beauty, exceptional service, and an atmosphere that encourages deep relaxation and appreciation. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sri Lanka and would absolutely love to return.

Unser Aufenthalt im Cloud Resort von Inthizar war wirklich außergewöhnlich. Wir haben 4 Nächte in einer der A-Frame Cabins verbracht. Von Anfang bis Ende haben wir uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Inthizar hat uns vieles aus der Umgebung gezeigt, egal ob Gewürzshops, Teefabriken oder lokale Restaurants. Für uns die perfekte Mischung aus viel Ruhe und etwas erleben. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt zum Runterkommen und Erholen, da sie fast auf der Spitze einen Berges im Dorf Kadugannawa liegt. Shops, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich nur 3,5km die Straße runter. Inthizar sorgt aber unerlässlich dafür, dass es einem an nichts fehlt. Eröffnet wurde das Resort vor knapp 3 Jahres und expandiert noch. So wird zum Beispiel noch die Rezeption und der Pool, sowie andere Cabins gebaut, was aber absolut nicht gestört hat. Die Mitarbeiter von Inthizar waren zuvorkommend, freundlich und sofort zur Stelle, wenn man etwas gebraucht hat. Das Essen, sowie die Drinks die Inthizar organisiert und zubereitet, sind exzellent. Die Cabin selber ist mit Liebe von den Eigentümern selber gestaltet und es fehlt an nichts. Da es mitten in der Natur liegt, muss man gelegentlich damit rechnen, sich die Cabin mit 1,2 Geckos zu teilen, die aber brav an ihrem Teil der Decke bleiben. Sowie Ameisen, gegen die Inthizar aber schon sein bestes gib. Nichts was unseren Aufenthalt geschmälert hat. Von vorne bis hinten der perfekte Aufenthalt und ein Erlebnis, was uns in Erinnerung bleibt.
