This is our second visit to Cloud Resort. It's such a beautiful location with incredible views. It was the perfect getaway for a relaxing weekend. Inthizar and his team are friendly and so attentive to guests' needs. The food was delicious too. Highly recommend!

The view from our bedroom was absolutely unbelievable, especially from our very comfortable hanging bed. The brothers that own and run the resort are fantastic, so interesting and full of knowledge. They delivered delicious food to our room. Their communication was excellent and they couldn’t have done more to help us.

There really was nothing to not love about this place high up above the clouds.

Maistas eupietiškas, toks kaip namie. Personalas aukšto lygio, super komunikacija, visada glaudžiame ryšyje, puiki anglų kalba. Gavome net lauktuvių arbatos 😍

Gana toli nuo lankytinų vietų, tačiau personalas padeda susiorganizuoti išvykas. Padeda susirasti geriausia kaina transportą ir suplanuoja visos dienos eigą. 👫

Wir waren zu viert mit 2 Kindern hier und es war der Wahnsinn! Ein unglaublich zuvorkommender und liebevoller Host, der einem wortwörtlich die Welt zu Füßen legt mit diesen unfassbar tollen Zimmern über den Wolken. Zudem ist er unglaublich bemüht und begeistert einem den perfekten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, ob mit Frühstück auf dem Zimmer oder in dem er seine Kontakte spielen lässt und einem eine Privatführung in einer Teefabrik ermöglicht. Neben dem ist er sehr naturverbunden und kann einem ganz viel über die Kräuter und Gewürzwelt Sri Lankas berichten, da relativ viel in der Umgebung wächst. Alle Daumen 👍

I had a great experience staying at this resort. The place was very clean and beautifully maintained. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking – I couldn’t get enough of it! The staff were incredibly friendly, respectful, and professional. Their excellent service really made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone, and I’d love to come back again!
