Jeden z najlepszych hoteli na Sri Lance - zarowno kolacja, jak i sniadaine, byly bardzo pyszne, wlasciciel zadbal o wszystkie wygody, sluzyl rada w zwiazku z podrozowaniem, zabral nas na wspanialy hike na zachod slonca i przy okazji opowiadal o roslinach i drzewach, ktore rosly dookola.

Widok niesamowity, właściciel obiektu bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny.

A wonderful place in the middle of nature, beautiful views, silence, delicious breakfast in the room. The view is breathtaking!

The staff and the service they provided was excellent. All our requirements were provided for and they truly went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable. The food we opted for was the Sri Lankan meals, and they were excellent. The views from the room were amazing and added great value to a great stay.

Le Cloud resort est un paradis absolument incroyable. Nous n'avons jamais vu un tel endroit. La vue est éblouissante d'où que l'on soit et à toute heure du jour et de la nuit. Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à quitter notre chambre pour nous balader dans les alentours tant nous nous y sentions bien. Au delà de cette vue inouïe, la chambre est très bien et très belle, d'une propreté irréprochable et la literie est excellente. Cerise sur le gâteau, les repas que nous y avons pris sont sans doute les meilleurs de notre voyage. Mention spéciale à l'équipe dont le propriétaire qui a tout fait pour que nous nous sentions au mieux à nous arranger, avant même notre arrivée et malgré notre départ matinal. Il est très sympathique, parle un anglais parfait donc la communication est très simple et il a à cœur de donner ses meilleurs conseils et ses anecdotes aux voyageurs. C'était une chance et un vrai plaisir de le côtoyer. Bref, vous ne trouverez pas meilleur endroit !

Everything about this property is exceptional. The Mountain View rooms, with their full glass windows and private patio seating, offer breathtaking views and beautifully curated interiors. The serene, secluded setting, away from the main town and that was exactly what I was looking for, surrounded only by the soothing sounds of nature and birdsong. Wi-Fi is not available, which was perfectly fine for me, as it added to the peaceful, unplugged experience. The staff were incredibly courteous, prompt, and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. A special mention to Mr. Inthizar, the owner and host, whose warmth, helpfulness, and genuine hospitality truly set this place apart. He went above and beyond, not only ensuring our stay was comfortable, but also helping with taxis, sharing local tips, and even guiding us during our trip after we had checked out. If I could, I’d give this place 11 out of 10 stars. Highly recommended for anyone seeking calm, scenic, and heartwarming hospitality away from city’s chaos.
