This is a must! The property is beautiful! The staff is helpful and friendly . We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

The staff was so helpful. Even the owner went out of his way to procure lunch and dinner reservations. The buffet breakfast was a treat with fresh juice and cappechino. Our junior suite was so.quiet and had views of the countryside and overlooked the neighboring tile roofs. A charming property.

The room was very hot and the air conditioning was working but it just didn’t seem to work well... we woke up in the early morning hours because of the heat...

Well maintained; lovely appointments e.g light fixtures, furniture and so on. Easy access to train via taxi or walking.

Rooms can be a bit small and noisy, as the street traffic really echoes across the cobbled ways and most of the rooms are right on the street. Some of the rooms are a bit subterranean which means very little space, but quite a lot of street noise. The staff is super pleasant and the location is great- but do your homework first. If you make one wrong turn, you'll have to drive back down the hill and then return. On the otherhand, it is quite close to the ascensore, so think about parking there and then taking the elevator up to the hotel.

An amazing remodeled room in a midevil structure. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Location is good, close to a bus stop.
