The staff in this hotel are great, mainly Jude was great to provide us with all help and tips. Nicely located closer to good restaurants and shopping.

The staff was amazing. They were so friendly, helpful, and spoke good English. The room was very clean and the location is very walkable to sights, shops, and restaurants. It is an authentic Italian hotel that has been updated enough to be comfortable. The air conditioning is limited,though, so if looking for typical American cold air this may not be the place. Finally breakfast was great and it such a neat room!

Great location. Hotel is beautiful, room very clean. Very friendly and welcoming staff especially Jude who arranged some tours for us and recommended great restaurants. This is our 2nd time to stay at this hotel. Highly recommend it.

They sadly did not have internet or WiFi the whole visit. There was no help. We had stayed here a few years ago and liked but now the room, bed etc were not comfortable.
