Quite and unique

The owner and staff were extremely accommodating when we needed something. The area is very beautiful, serene and peaceful. The gardens are kept in excellent condition. A gift of some avocados was greatly appreciated. Because of heavy rains the gravel road was sometimes somewhat difficult to navigate, but not inaccessible. A great place if you don't like to be crowded. The unit was sufficiently equipped to make for a good break-away experience. TV, good bedding, big fridge and hot water is what one wants when you're on a trip that is to be enjoyed - and we had all of that.

The firewood was wet and could have been better cared for by storing it in a dry place. But we had electric oil heaters at our disposal, so really no reason for discomfort during cold nights.

Everything. It was serene and quiet, perched atop a mountainous area, overlooking the area. When the mist came around, it was even more gorgeous to sit by the pool and enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Will come back again, soon.
