Upon arrival the guest will be asked to sign a contract for the stay.This property is a vacation rental apartment and not an hotel, for tax purposes a rental contract has to be signed in english and spanish. Tree house and Studio are under renovation from May until the end of June. Some rooms may be affected by noise. Kids under 15 not allowed. Renovation work of the rooms: Atitlan One-Bedroom Tree House, Atitlan Grand One-Bedroom Apartment, Studio, Triple Room with Lake View, Double Room with Lake View, One-Bedroom Apartment will be carried out from 05/05/2026 to 30/06/2026. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Très bel hôtel bien placé"

La vue ! La chambre très jolie.

Wifi presque inexistant dans la chambre. Principalement des lumières indirectes qui éclairent le plafond donc le soir il fait presque nuit dans la cuisine. Prévoir une lampe frontale si vous voulez cuisiner. L'appartement Roc est le plus haut, de nombreuses marches très raides pour y accéder.

We had the studio which was great and the price point was ridiculous, only $60. Loved the view, the hot tub, the staff, the food. Highly recommended.

"Amazing - a must do!"

I’ve stayed in more than 100 hotels in my travel life so far. From dingy to 5 star resorts and this is the best place I’ve ever stayed. The privacy, aesthetics and tranquility of the sunset lodge is unmatched. I stayed in grand apartment 1. The view was unbelievable and the free standing bath (which I used during a tropical storm) was absolutely fantastic.

Hard to think of anything - food in the restaurant could be better, it would really make it not necessary to leave at all!

Locatie, zicht en faciliteiten Prachtige ondergaande zon!

Eten van het restaurant was wat minder waardoor we ‘s avonds gingen gaan eten en we dus een privé boot moesten nemen om terug te keren gezien de publieke maar rijden tot 19u.

"Wonderful relaxing spot to experience Lake Atilan."

Every room is unique and special. We were lucky enough to be able to stay in two different rooms and both were great with amazing views of the lake and of course the sunset. The staff were super friendly and the restaurant was first rate. The hot tub overlooking the lake was a prefect spot to take in the sunset and the sauna was also a real treat.

Koud douchen. Ondanks aangeven en de komst van maintenance, bleef het douchewater fris.
