Upon arrival the guest will be asked to sign a contract for the stay.This property is a vacation rental apartment and not an hotel, for tax purposes a rental contract has to be signed in english and spanish. Tree house and Studio are under renovation from May until the end of June. Some rooms may be affected by noise. Kids under 15 not allowed. Renovation work of the rooms: Atitlan One-Bedroom Tree House, Atitlan Grand One-Bedroom Apartment, Studio, Triple Room with Lake View, Double Room with Lake View, One-Bedroom Apartment will be carried out from 05/05/2026 to 30/06/2026. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

One of our favourite places we’ve ever stayed. Such a great location, lovely staff and the place has everything you need. You can get the boats right from the pier to Panajachel or visit the other towns. We ended up only doing one day trip as we loved the place so much it was perfect for relaxing by the lake.

La limpieza y la vista fueron espectaculares

No había electricidad ni planta eléctrica, por la tanto no se conto con WIFI, la cena se tuvo que comer fría y no hubo por este motivo agua caliente

La vista al lago es increíble, nuestro apartamento estaba muy bien aseado, tenía mucha iluminación y las camas era cómodas. También nos gusto el espacio para asolearse y la tranquilidad en las noches.

La ubicación es un poco compleja, llegar al hospedaje no es tan fácil y tiene bastantes escaleras. Recomendamos llegar temprano y avisar al lanchero que van al Atitlan Sunset Lodge, no a Santa Cruz porque te cobran doble si tienen que devolverse al Sunset Lodge.

Wow !!! Vue incroyable, sur le bord de l’eau. Personnel charmant Grand appartement # 1 : quasiment neuf.

Isolé pour ceux qui veulent marcher. Le bateau vient vous chercher et reconduire, sur demande, pour aller dans les autres villages, alors ne pas hésiter à réserver.

- the view from the apartment and from the facility - the restaurant with delicious food - the kayak, sup, sundeck and hot tub - it‘s quiet and peaceful - at the end i would have preferred if it was more of a hotel instead of an Apartment because it is very secluded and there are no supermarket or anything around

- you did have to take your trash back with you but no trash bag was provided in the bins

"Fabulous hotel right on the lake with stunning views, rooms equipped with everything you need."

The lodge is only accessible by boat, we loved the tranquility and simplicity of its location away from the hustle and bustle. The room was large with a beautiful view over the lake and the volcanoes. Great spot for sunset and the restaurant food was delicious!

The stairs to the room were a little tough, but we were warned in advance.
