This was my favourite accomodation during the 3 weeks I spent in Guatemala. The views are spectacular, I did not want to leave the room. Bed is comfortable, shower is hot & consistent with good pressure, drinking water is provided in the room. There is a very beautiful, peaceful walk (25 minutes) along the shores to reach Santa Cruz village.

I know that the property mean well & want to set the guest's expectations right but it was abit overwhelming to receive a long list of instructions & disclaimers. I got worried & shorten my stay from 3 nights to 2 nights after receiving the list. Regretted that decision as the property is amazing! The property was unable to assist with laundry when I was there & they were unable to provide any assistance or information on where to get laundry done. I eventually managed to get laundry done at Santa Cruz, there is a laundry shop near the pier. But the opening hours are not fixed, you will need to WhatsApp them to check.

Increíble alojamiento, departamento completo con todas las comodidades posibles. Vista al Lago como en ningún otro lugar que visitamos. Muy atentas las personas que nos recibieron, me ayudaron a gestionar los transportes del día siguiente sin inconvenientes

Nada, servicio perfecto

The location is spectacular with incredible, direct views of the lake and volcanoes. The rooms themselves are aesthetically very nice, rustic-chic, and look exactly as they do in the professional photos.

Serious safety failure: I was stung by a scorpion tucked inside the bed linens upon arrival, requiring an emergency hospital visit. Management was dismissive and blamed us for leaving, ignoring the fact that we did not feel safe and that returning at night is logistically hard since the lodge is only accessible by boat. They refused to take responsibility for the injury or refund the unused nights.

Accueil non professionnel Restaurant cher : 135 Q le seul menu du dîner : guacamole, lasagnes épinards ou spaghetti tomate cake au citron le triple de Panajachel Si encore c'était bon! 2 Restaurants annoncés sur Booking.com il n'y en a qu'un seul et c'est plutôt un snack Malgré les affirmations de Sissi, 10 jours après, ce n'est toujours pas corrigé ??? Studio un peu défraîchi Sécurité : l'escalier n'a pas de rambarde Transats terrasse : quelques uns sales et obsolètes L'annonce laisse penser à un établissement de bonne gamme que ce soit location d'appartement ou hôtel ce .n'est pas le cas Attitude désinvolte de "l'hôtelier" contacté : réponse laconique après 2 jours N'avons pas profité du petit déjeuner gratuit proposé par Sissi car réponse tardive Grand voyageurs c'est la 1ère fois que nous avons envisagé d'abréger notre séjour !!!

Our two nights at Atitlan Sunset Lodge were a highlight of our trip. The view (from our room, the restaurant, the hot tub...) is incredible. Service was excellent, too. It's a very quick boat trip from Pana and easy to grab a boat to other villages. We'll definitely stay here again if we make it back to the lake.
