Upon arrival the guest will be asked to sign a contract for the stay.This property is a vacation rental apartment and not an hotel, for tax purposes a rental contract has to be signed in english and spanish. Tree house and Studio are under renovation from May until the end of June. Some rooms may be affected by noise. Kids under 15 not allowed. Renovation work of the rooms: Atitlan One-Bedroom Tree House, Atitlan Grand One-Bedroom Apartment, Studio, Triple Room with Lake View, Double Room with Lake View, One-Bedroom Apartment will be carried out from 05/05/2026 to 30/06/2026. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Perfect stay"

Magical place, absolutely beautiful location and scenery. Super easy walk to Santa Cruz (20 mins) along the lake. Our apartment was huge and amazing, couldn’t fault it. We ate at the restaurant on site one night but used the facilities to cook which had everything you could need. Free tea and coffee provided which was great.

Not a huge issue, but no real supermarket near so recommend buying food before arriving, even in Santa Cruz you can only get a handful of stuff. The restaurant was very tasty but a bit overpriced in our opinion

Sadly you couldn’t reach anybody anywhere in the hotel after 8:45pm for help/information.

"Sieht nett aus, ist allerdings stinkig und unpraktisch"

Die aussieht war sehr schön und man konnte Aktivitäten wie SUP gratis machen

Es roch extrem unangenehm aus dem Bad, was direkt neben dem Bett war. Wir haben das gemeldet und auch ein Frühstück als Entschädigung umsonst bekommen. Dies hat jedoch nicht entschädigt, dass wir 5 Tage und 4 Nächte den Geruch von Fäkalien im Zimmer hatten. Auf unsere Nachricht, dass es nach Überprüfung des Personals immer noch nicht besser ist, kam gar keine Antwort mehr. Das WLAN funktioniert nur ganz selten mal. Es ist zwar ein Dritte Welt Land, jedoch war dies überall anders im selben Land deutlich besser. Auf dem Balkon sind Wespennester in den Lampen, sodass man dort nicht sitzen kann. Das Essen im Restaurant schmeckt nicht und ist recht teuer dafür

La vista es espectacular, un lugar para relajarse por completo, simplemente encantador poder nadar en el lago

Tal vez que el jacuzzi pudiera estar encendido un poco más temprano por la hora del check out solo se puede aprovechar en la noche
