The manager/owner was accommodating and the place is beautiful. Also the Steakhouse was delicious. All the staff was excellent.

workers were nice

Out stay was disappointing. Our cabin had broken window, faucet was barely hanging and dripping all night, toilet did not flash. We came to celebrate my bday, turned out that restaurant was closed and hotel was not fully operational yet. Our experience was terrible, we paid $414 a night. There is no manager on site and front desk could not help us. I contacted the property, but they never replied. I would avoid this place in the future.

"Based on price and description this place was NOT what we were expecting."

Bagel and coffee only

We were in a cabin in the woods with only a plug in SMALL heater. Bed was on a high platform that made it difficult to get in without using our luggage to stand on. No heat in bathroom Lodge served dinner but many menu items were unavailable. Only one or two staff members who "stayed on" after labor day. Very rustic for over $400 per night. Definitely ask many questions. Facility suitable for back country hikers, etc.
