Very friendly host. The shared bath was a private onsen, which was very telaxing.

A bit too hard beds, but certainly OK to sleep in.

It was cosy, comfortable and you could easily access all the snowfields from this location. The private onsens on site were great, the breakfasts were great and the owner is very friendly and helpful.

We absolutely loved it here. It had a beautiful, homely feel and the host was so lovely and helpful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The private onsen (thermal spa) was a real treat after a full day of skiing.

Location, setting, breakfast, room, beautiful view. Awesome host. Lovely onsen. Easy for a ski holiday.

Shelf for clothes would have been nice

The free breakfast was fantastic with plenty of offerings. The private co-ed onsens were a great perk. The ski equipment room was very convenient for drying boots and storing helmets.

The rooms were on the smaller side and the heat took awhile to warm the entire room.

Taka and his wife are warm, kind and welcoming. They have created a a homely place to stay that’s perfectly set up for a comfortable night’s rest after a day on the mountain. The private onsen, healthy buffet breakfast, and central Echoland location are all winners. You know you’ve found a great place when some of the guests are like family and have been repeat customers for more than 20 years.

That we had to leave.

Our stay at Belnina was the highlight of our month in Japan. Taka was an exceptional host, always welcoming and eager to answer any questions we had. He made us feel right at home with his warm hospitality. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and a wonderful way to start the day. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and would highly recommend staying here!
