" YOLO " LOVELY COTTAGE

Accueil au top , nos hôtes ont été adorables tout au long du séjour. Petit déjeuner et dîner excellent ! Nous avons pu nous déplacer facilement en tuk tuk depuis la maison . La vue est superbe et l'endroit au calme . Équipement très correct et rapport qualité prix excellent . Nous recommandons vivement !

Prachtig huisje wat verder van centrum in de bergen. Mooi uitzicht en fijn huisje om je na een lange dag heerlijk terug te trekken. Huisje is zeer netjes zowel binnen als buiten. Goede badkamer. De eigenaar, een gezin, bracht elke ochtend zo’n uitgebreid en heerlijk ontbijt! We hebben er alle avonden ook gegeten en dat was ook heerlijk!! Hele lieve mensen die continue voor ons klaarstonden en telkens een tuktuk regelde wanneer dit nodig was!

The host family were very lovely and welcoming. The scenery from the balcony was beautiful. The breakfast presentation was fabulous and servings were plentiful! And brought to you with a smile 🤗

If you want to be within walking distance of the main town of Ella then this property is too far away to do this at least in the evening. In the day you could walk on the train lines and it took about 25min. In saying that, if you want peace and quiet away from the town then this is perfect, and the family offered tuk tuk rides to and from town, and were always prompt.

L’ospitalità e l’accoglienza, loro sono persone super accoglienti e disponibili. Il cibo, abbiamo usufruito solo della colazione che è stata stupenda, servita su una terrazza con vista mozzafiato.

It was the best stay we had in whole Sri Lanka. It was a tip from a good friend, and we are so happy we went, it was wonderful. The family is incredibly kind, the food (we had breakfast and dinner every day) was outstanding. The room perfect, the view beautiful. Quiet in the mountain, but close to the city of Ella. They help you to plan a day schedule with things to do if you want, or you can just relax. Thank you so much for the great care! Highly recommend!!

Cozy place in the green, with small kitchen place next to the main room! Really good food and in general a super friendly and lovely family! They took really good care of us, arranged a scooter rental and brought us to the morning train :) You can open the windows in the morning and have a great view even from bed!

Shower has really low pressure (but its warm)! Everything else was really nice

Clean, well looked after and private room. We moved from a damp room which was really filling us with dread having to head back there at the end of the night and were warned online everywhere in Ella was the same due to the humidity, not YOLO lovely cottage. The room had huge opening windows to air out the cottage and a large mosquito net to allow for sleeping with the windows open to avoid the damp which seems to be the worst thing about staying in Ella, Good job!

The cottage is down a very steep hill which was a little awkward with our tuk tuk and would be worse if walking but worth it for the YOLO lovely cottage!

We had a wonderful stay at the yolo lovely cottage. The views are absolutely stunning and the breakfast delicious. The kindness and hospitality of the family made the stay very special.
