Sigiri Lake Paradise

A perfect start to our Sri Lanka holiday. Though slightly difficult to find via taxi, it was worth the endeavour when we arrived to warm hosts and a clean large room with stunning views and surrounded by nature. Attentive friendly hosts created a relaxing atmosphere. Amazing views at the top of the rock in the property garden. Gorgeous homemade food for breakfast and dinner! Highly recommend. 10-15 minute tuktuk to central sigiriya.

If I really had to choose then maybe a small fridge in the room, but seriously nothing much not to like!!

Bästa boendet på hel vår resa. Tycker man om djur, natur och god mat så är detta ett superbra alternativ. Värden var oerhört trevlig, hjälpsam och en fantastisk kock. Maten var fantastisk god! Vi fick hjälp med att boka en Safari tur vilket även den var den bästa på resan.

My room had 2 walls that were windows to an amazing view. Beautiful experience.

We had the most lovely stay at lake paradise with kumari and her husband. Kumari showed us how to cook curry and showed us around. We felt like home. Thank u!

Amazing

Wonderful stay at the property. The room overlooking Lions Rock was amazing. We had a very comfortable couple of nights sleep, and the breakfast every morning was fantastic. Traditional Sri Lankan food, from amazing hosts. Slightly hard to reach via car and TukTuk as the road is quite bad, but this did not affect our stay. We recommend this place 😊

Die Lage und Aussicht sowie das Personal waren phänomenal. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr abwechslungsreich. Das Linsen Dal war das beste Dal, was ich je gegessen habe 😍

WLAN war nicht das Beste

Voor mensen die van rust, natuur, uitzicht en lokale gerechten houden is dit een unieke en onvergetelijke ervaring. Mensen die van luid feestgedruis, flikkerende neonlichten en dampende mensenmassa’s houden kunnen deze plek beter overslaan.
