Andean Wings Sotupa Eco Lodge

Very easy access and very friendly for early arrivals that you could checkin immediately and start your venture to the jungle as soon as possible. We had wonderful two days there that everything was beyond my expectations. The suite with balcony to river views were superb, very comfortable and I could stay there all day. The staffs there were friendly and welcoming. The inclusive activities were well organised and interesting! I would love to comeback.

Hot water shower was not working very well. Also, could prepare some light food or snacks or nuts between meals.

The staff were very helpful, activities very informative, nothing too much trouble. Lodges comfortable and very clean, very comfy beds with amazing views of the river

We had the most amazing time at Sotupa eco lodge. From our arrival we were greeted by George, the manager, with fresh passion fruit juice and every day we enjoyed absolutely delicious local dishes and beverages, all ingredients locally sourced. The activities and excursions were incredible and Ciro, our guide so knowledgeable. We got to explore both the river and the surrounding forrest, both of which we could also see from our tranquil balcony. We learned to weave hats and baskets with palm leaves from Allen and lounged in the pool and on the deck. By our departure the staff had begun to feel like family and if we are so lucky, we will definitely return someday.

The environment was totally in the nature. The tours which included in the price were nice and The tour quide (name Zero was really excellent and event thought he is young he has knowledge about the jungle-nature)

The rooms had no windows to close only mosquito nets so there was a lot humid in the room all day. but they noticed that and they said that they will fix it.

It s a lovely, well maintained lodge not too far from the city but far enough to feel surrounded by the jungle. I loved the view of the river. Staff was very kind and helpful. I liked the activities included with guide Ziro who is eager to share his knowledge. The food is tasty and healthy at the same time, I appreciated the good coffee for breakfast. I had a great stay there!

The booked day tour to Lake Sandowal was quite expensive. After 2 days of rain, humidity took over the room. We asked for a hairdryer and got one.

We loved it! The rooms & surroundings were so beautiful, staff were so welcoming - the perfect place to relax. Loads of great activities included thanks to knowledgable guide Jiro. Would 100% recommend staying here.

There was nothing we didn’t like - would just suggest having some fruit or local snacks available in case guests are hungry between meals.

Guide Cero was amazing. He made our stay an amazing experience.

There's no AC because it's an eco lodge (it's 95 F outside and 90% humidity) which didn't bother me but my wife was tired of sweating after 5 straight days so if your bringing your chick make sure they are aware of the sweating required haha

Beautiful rooms, tranquil and relaxing, really comfortable bed and great activities included within the stay.

Potentially extend the wifi to every room, the mosquitoes were pretty wild and if wanting to relax and watch a movie in bed after dinner, this wasn’t possible. Further, for the price of the property, the food was not incredible and very basic, often portions were not large enough, dessert every night was not good and breakfast was very average. My partner and I stayed in a similar jungle lodge in Bocas Del Toro, Panamá and the food and service are worlds apart.
