EL LUGAR ES MAGNIFICO, MAGICO, MUY TRANQUILO Y BONITO. LA ATENCION ES MUY BUENA, TODAS LAS PERSONAS MUY SERVICIALES Y AMABLES, ATENTOS SIEMPRE A LAS NECESIDADES DE LOS HUESPEDES. ME AGRADO MUCHO EL AMBIENTE BASTANTE BIEN UBICADO FRENTE AL RIO TAMBOPATA PERO ELEVADO PARA NO SUFRIR DEL ATAQUE DE LOS ZANCUDOS. LAS CAMAS SON COMODAS.

AL ESTAR ALEJADO DE LA CIUDAD Y NO TENER CERCA UN LUGAR PARA COMPRAR, CREO QUE SERIA BUENO SI TUVIERAN ALGUNOS ARTICULOS PARA CONSUMO RAPIDO, GALLETAS O PIQUEOS. YA QUE LA CONINA ESTABA DESABASTECIDA PARA PREPARAR ALGUN APERITIVO.

Great Hotel with very nice staff and interesting free Tours. You could hear the noises of the Jungel and the view of the river was stunning. Especially the sunrise. The food was also really great

Very friendly staff, clean, enjoyed the excursions, excellent meals, good cocktails, comfortable rooms with lovely views.

Would have been nice to have a bean to cup type of coffee machine at breakfast.

Completely overpriced and the included “activities” were really disappointing, I would even go as far to say that they were terrible. Firstly, the clay click birdwatching wasn’t even really a tour, we just walked behind some of the huts to look at the clay bank in the distance. There were no birds when we went down, but regardless this is just something you could be told about when you check in - if you go down at 6am any morning you might be able to see some wildlife. On the night walk, which again was just a circuit next to the hotel, we saw one bullet ant. Lastly the cayman tour was actually laughable, finally we got to head out on the river which was nice, but anytime a cayman was spotted the boat was driven straight into the bank of the river and they were scared off. The first time this happened we thought it was a mistake, but the fifth time we slammed into the side we were questioning whether this was the best technique to see any animals 😂
