The two adjoining properties are in dire need of maintenance. We changed units as the first one was invested with ants and the invested area had not been cleaned in some time. The second unit leaked from the fan during the rain and as a result most of the floor was wet. The staff were fantastic and very accommodating, especially the receptionist Khanyisa.

The lack of maintenance and upkeep, as well as the price. During our trip we stayed at a number of different places for a similar price and these other places were way better than this one. As there are limited places to stay in Port Saint Johns the owner seems to think that he will get business despite the sad state of the units.
