Daily shuttle and very helpful staff on the premises. Breakfast on certain days exceeded expectations.

Location is away from the town. Stairs can be tough to carry bags and suitcases. Some breakfasts not so great and perhaps better to eat on the resort.

Parking, room, staff friendliness and helpfulness.

Cleanliness can be improved, breakfast, too.

An average hotel experience. The room was quite small, and the old carpet didn’t feel very clean. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and the bathroom was tiny. Breakfast was very simple, but the staff were absolutely wonderful. The location wasn’t ideal—about a 20-minute walk from major attractions, with limited shuttle bus hours.

Staff service is very good. Breakfast was simple and changes everyday but sufficient. Thankful for the shuttle to and from chuo terminal

It is near to Nagasaka ski area but far from hikage, if you miss the shuttle timings, it’s a 20mins walk back to hotel. Lack of amenities like toothbrush. And you hve to pay 300 yen if you want to change your towels.
