Proximity to chairlift and short walk to town. Good value for money.

One largd group was quite noisy and took over communal area each night.

Beautiful scenery with snow and amazing mountain view. Staff is friendly

1. The place is not very clean, quite old and has several bugs all over 2. The bathroom smells quite bad (as is very cold) 3. The staff doesn't change towels nor cleans the room daily. They do it only every 3 days and if you request a clean towel they will charge you 4. Lacks attention to detail, it doesn't feel like you are in Japan as most of the staff is foreign 5. It's pretty far (around 2kms) from the ski resort. They do offer limited shuttles (that run for around 1hr in the morning) 6. The breakfast is definitely not japanese. They do have warm meals they cook, which is nice. But In Japan I would expect a Japanese breakfast

There was no restaurant at the hotel. Breakfast was abysmal. They ran out of milk, bread, jam and butter on different days.

Clean, great amenities, free shuttle service and fantastic for a family
