All was good. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Spotless clean rooms, lovely view.

The noisy floors and no privacy for the shower.

Everything! It was amazing! we were treated like kings and queens.

Nothing it was out of this world!

Super location inside the game park with good decor, great staff and perfect surrounds.

Too much food!

The staff welcome, all the food, the "all inclusive" drinks, the game rangers, everything.

The game drive was an incredible experience and our ranger, Nolan was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even stopped along the way to show us insects and a few reptiles.

There is not a wide variety of food, quite a restrictive menu. The write up says "World Class Food", however we felt the meals were average. They offer drinks and wines however when we requested sparkling wine we were informed they were sold out. They also did not have a drinks and cocktails menu. For a 5 star accommodation, they should really put that into place. The shower head is need of an upgrade. The staff were good, however one of the waitresses removed my plate while I was still eating. They seem to be in a rush to get meal service finished. A real pity.
