The Location is just amazing. Watching the Sun go down over the sea was mesmerizing! Paul was the best host! He had amazing tips and was extraordinary hospitable.

Paul was a tremendous host and helped us so much with recommendations and bookings for the top things to do in Abel Tasman.

Great apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The whirlpool was great to relax in the evening. Paul showed us around and had good tips.

Such a comfortable, private and quiet location. Paul was very friendly and helpful, offering advice and things to do in the area. Some nice little touches made our stay extra special.

The kitchen wasn’t easy to cook in. Perhaps better to eat out.

We stayed in the appartement with the Jacuzzi (studio 1) for two nights. Everything was very nice prepared for our arrival, very clean and also personalized inclusing fresh flowers!!! Paul (the owner) has many good adivces for you, tells you the best tours, how to come there, helps you with the bookings and so on… We can really recommend this lovely place to everybody and would stay next time at least 3 nights there!

Closeness to beach. It was okay whilst the weather was fine.

Using the detached outside bathroom (5m away) in the rain. Being required to leave footwear outside in the rain. (Footwear got soaked) Not being able to have your shoes on indoors when the floor was cold (they should provide slippers or covers for your shoes.) With no running water in unit unable to wash hands after preparing food except by going out in rain.

Great location just over the hill from Kaiteriteri.

Limited internet. Only available from 7am to 11pm.

We loved all the small touches, the location, the hot tub and the tour guide host!
