"The Perfect Retreat"

Paul was quick to respond to all queries. I really appreciated the wealth of knowledge he shared. Paul also arranged trips and restaurant reservations with ease which meant I made the absolute most of my time there. The studio is the ideal place to take time out, slow down and find inner calm. A very special place

"Nice accomodation, good support"

The owner, Paul, gave us good tips and helped us to book our activities, so that we take home only the best memories of the Abel Tasman National Park. After a chilly day, we could warm up in the barrel sauna.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Palms on the beach Kaiteriteri. Paul was an excellent host who went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The unit is quite spacious with a lovely private outdoor courtyard and views of the beach. The outdoor (but very comfortable) shower and toilet were a delightful novelty. If you are there on the right night, Paul cooks a delicious wood-fired pizza.

The wi-fi in our unit was not particularly strong. Going outside to use the kitchen sink and bathroom could be inconvenient in cold or wet weather but we had lovely weather so it was more a novelty than anything else.

"Perfect spot for day trips into the park and the local area."

Super location overlooking a quiet little sandy beach and view from our balcony was beautiful. Perfect to sit with a sundowner after hiking in the nearby Abel Tasman national park. Our host Paul made our stay so comfortable, gave great tips and advice on local activities and places to eat and helped us book our trips into the park. Would definitely recommend this place.
