The cottages are in a beautiful location! The bedrooms were huge and the facilities were great, having a washing machine was very handy! We loved seeing the trains from the kitchen window.

Theres a few things that need replacing (kettle, BBQ) but other than that we had such a lovely stay!

Good location for us as it was near where our daughter lives, and although quiet when we visited out of season you could tell the campsite would be lively in summer with the steam train and station close by the house layout really suited us and kitchen was well equipped.

Seemed like an ongoing issue with the shower that may have been just been in the process of being addressed decoration still to be done otherwise fine

The venue was lovely and the lodge was good. Spacious with everything we needed and lovely touch of Bucks Fizz and mince pies left for us. Shower was great.

There was a really strong smell of cooking from what I can guess was the previous occupants. It didn’t dissipate the entire time we were there.
