NETHSARA cottage

We stayed for 3 nights over christmas. Good value for the price. Very clean place and very comfy large bed. Nice to have our own entrance and a lovely view.

Breakfast a little disspointing but okay for what we paid.

Thé location, the room, the balcony annnnnd the view .. this was simply amazing!

This house has all the necessary amenities for a trip. The view from the terrace to the jungle, even during the rain, is calming. The hostess is super polite and super kind. The road to the hotel is a bit difficult if you are driving your own car, so we did not risk going down to the city in the evening. But we still liked everything very much.

What an absolutely fabulous guest house this is. Spotlessly clean with a super comfortable bed and mosquito net and lots of space with a gorgeous balcony with a stunning view. I was so looked after here and everything felt really luxurious compared to where I was staying before. Such good value for money. Wonderful owners who take care of your every need. I would definitely recommend coming to stay here .

I knocked off one star because the water was only lukewarm. As Ella is a little bit chilly I would have really loved a hot shower!

Nethsara was absolutely unique experience! The views from chalet were beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and the lady who rented this accomodation is very nice, kind and helpful. We felt like in the jungle, amazing experience, we even heard some animals running on the roof In the middle of night, so cool!

Take into account that chalet is humid and our stuff were always wet.

The owner was super welcoming, she prepared a very nice breakfast. Room was clean and we loved the view from the balcony.

The terrace:) waw..having breakfast and looking at this beautiful nature! Unforgettable! The room is quite big, the bathroom is clean! There is even a small fridge in the room and this is very useful! Everyday you get something else for breakfast! One day they made us a tea when we came back from a day trip, they have organized! Beds are veeeey comfortable plus the nets are perfect - the best we had in Sri Lanka! Do recommend! The location is far from the center, but tuktuk solves everything! We were travelling with 2 kids and they adore tuk tuk :)
