"Very pleasant stay in a nice area"

Very pleasant stay in a nice area. Possibilities of nice walks just behind the accommodation (you can go straight towards the Ella rock trail using the path behind the house). Great breakfasts and very nice host. Balcony in close proximity to trees / tree tops was fantastic. Ella is easy to reach by tuk-tuk. Had a good curry for dinner as well. Thanks for everything.

"When in Ella, there is no better place than this one!"

Madusha was such a lovely host, she made us feel at home right away. The cottage is super clean, has all you need even a mini bar and kettle, 5-star matras and pillows and soft bedlinen. The view is stunning and the surrounding is very peaceful. Ideal to unwind and relax. The homemade food is delicious and I highly recommend everyone to have your diner at home, made by Madusha. Lots of vegetables and fresh fruit. Breakfast is also amazing and every day it's different.

"Room with an amazing view"

Everything was very good, beautiful room with balcony with a amazing view. Very quiet and peaceful. Host is amazing. Food was delicious, big portion.

Just a little of bad smell coming from the bathroom. Not a huge deal.

"Amazing stay ."

Fabulous inside and outside space , fantastic friendly family, loads of wildlife, delicious and plentiful breakfast served at any time you like. Although Nethsara cottage is only a couple of km's out of Ella (R500 tuktuk) it seems a million miles away from the centre of town. We are very experienced travelers and can heartily recommend this wonderful establishment.

We didn't like leaving!

Stayed two nights in this property by extending stay by one night Because of the beauty of the hotel and the scenic view of the place. I love the hotel as I entered the place after a long drive from colombo The perfect art work and creative deco inside the property was a reflection of the history of the area was excellent. Fully satisfied with the Service of the staff and the food. We will be definitely going back to this heavenly place next time when we Go to Ella .
