You need to climb many stairs to get to it; if having big bags it might be a bit difficult. Of course, you can ask the owner to help you, he is very kind You can hear everything from the other toom and from outside

Beautiful view, gorgeous rooms, awesome breakfast and great hosts. An easy walk to 9 arches bridge, Little Adam’s peak, Ella rock and into town. A short walk to “The Green Door” restuarant which is amazing!!!

Quite noisy in the early mornings when the locals and neighbours seem to be up and about.

Great property with very nice view, you feel like you’re in the jungle. The location is super, 20min walk from Ella’s town and really close to Little Adam’s Peak. We wanted to be somewhere more chill and quiet and not in the town, so it was the perfect choice. Amazing breakfast and coffee, you get to choose between European style and Sri Lankan style. You could hear the birds and all the nature’s sounds, while taking your breakfast. Kamal was a great host, really friendly and always happy to help us find out what to do and which is the best way to do it. We would highly recommend it to everyone and if we visit Ella again we will definitely go there again.

Perfekte Lage und tolle Gastfreundschaft! Kamal war ein großartiger Gastgeber. Das Zimmer mit „Balkon“ war sehr schön. Zur Lodge führen ein paar Treppen (nicht barrierefrei), dafür ist die Lage angenehm ruhig und trotzdem nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt. Little Adam’s Peak und die Nine Arch Bridge erreicht man jeweils in etwa 30 Minuten, die Lodge liegt direkt am Weg zum Peak. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit Wahl zwischen westlich und sri-lankisch. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! 😊
