Magical Mountain View Resort

Great views, even in the rain. The staff were accommodating and friendly. We booked the bamboo rafting, night safari and lake tour through the hotel and all were great! Just a tip that only the lake tour could be paid by credit card so bring enough cash. Travelled with young kids and they handled the stairs and slopes fine

The mosquito situation at the restaurant is out of control. We had multiple insects flying into our food and when I asked for a mosquito coil they didn’t have any.

Location was amazing. Staff we’re very helpful and friendly.

Was just a little bit smaller than expected. But wasn’t a bother as most time was spent out of the villa.

The staff was incredibly helpful! They helped us arrange transportation to our next accommodation and went above and beyond. The views are beautiful. Room is comfortable and has nice shower. Very clean.

The breakfast and restaurant in general needs serious improvement. Food quality was not worth the value in the slightest. Perhaps offering less variety at a higher quality would be best.

I was truly impressed by the atmosphere and service of the hotel. The resort is surrounded by nature and mountains, offering beautiful views from many different angles. Although the property is built on a hillside with several stairs and different levels, the hotel conveniently provides golf cart service for guests, making it easy to get around. All staff members took excellent care of us, always being helpful, attentive, and willing to assist throughout our stay. During this trip, we joined the bamboo rafting activity arranged by the hotel. The scenery along the way was amazing, allowing us to experience nature up close and feel completely relaxed. The room was clean, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and well prepared. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and a memorable experience.

die Lage in den Bergen ist traumhaft, die Anlage sehr gepflegt und mit vielen liebevollen Details. Gefallen haben uns die vielen Holzspielsachen für Kinder, sowie das Trampolin, Basketball, ….

nichts, jedoch gibt es nichts in Gehdistanz (Restaurants, Shops, Natinalpark,…) Es wird aber l 2x täglich ein Shuttle ins nächste Dörfchen angeboten.

Rooms were so nice. Just the pool isn't like on the pictures. Every thing else was more than great
