"The hotel was confortable."

The staff. My room was big and suitable for family. The hotel is close to Casa Cara.

The property is very different from what the pictures show. They can improve on bathroom cleanliness.

It was a very great peaceful place. I wish we booked prior to get the room with a beautiful view The only down side, there is no soap in the rooms so ensure that you bring one The overall experience was exceptional the family is very welcoming and they make you feel at home. I will definitely visit again😍😍😍♥️

When we arrived, the smell in the rooms was extremely unpleasant, which made a bad first impression. The walls were noticeably dirty, adding to the overall discomfort. There was no bar fridge available, and the amenities provided were minimal to almost none. Overall, the experience was disappointing and far below expectations.

The location. I enjoyed the view to the water.

The place needs a lot of renovations. The walls needed some painting. The sheets were not sparkling white. There were spiders web on the windows , behind the curtains and in the shower.

Beautiful place and very accomodative after the ordeal we experienced on the day. Very friendly host and even upgraded us for no charge.

Was concerned about the potential flooding as the rains broke the river banks, but not the lodges fault.
