Willow Banks Lodge

The location is absolutely stunning. The staff were very helpful, super accommodating and friendly. The beds were fantastic and unexpectedly warm in the cold Free State winter.

There was a lot of noise on the first night of our stay that continued for most of the night. The second night was perfectly quiet, though. We struck it unlucky with the other guests on the first night. But there could maybe be a stricter noise policy.

False advertising shower not operational.Dirty Bedding DIrty Bathroom Dirty room. Restaurant advertised not open or available.Breakfast not served or available.Why advertise Other guests with barking dogs.Maintenance not being done. Rooms mold smell.

Bout cruise

Willow Bank is situated just outside Parys. Just far enough for privacy and relaxing and close enough to town when you need something. The property is beautifull and well maintained. The staff is very accommodating and always available. For sure one of the best venues I stayed at and highly recommend it for functions. Or just relaxing with beautiful view and style.

All is perfectly catered for.

Friendliness of the staff as well as the other guests who checked in. They were all very accommodating. Loved the place ❤️
