No breakfast served...the road was gravel...the outside view was nice

The furniture is very old and tattered

The location of the lodge, just by the river.

Absence of bar fridges in the room and the frustration of struggling to get channels on tv.

The location was near the wedding we were attending.

The room had spiders, we were put in a different room than the one we booked, we specifically booked an aircon room and did not receive a room with an aircon, we were put in a unit that is almost finished with building and construction. The walls were dirty there were spider webs with bugs on them and there were big spiders in the room. The facilities did not have doom available to kill the spiders, the white bedding had a stain on it that looks like either rust/blood or something. Not at all what we expected. We got offered a voucher for either a massage or boat trip but have not yet received the voucher and today is 6 days after our stay. It honestly felt like because we are a young couple other people got priority over us.

The swimming pool nice.

We booked for a massage and we were massaged by cleaners, we had side lamps for lights, the place dirty, the gowns we used for massage we dirty, the manger didnt even introduce herself..she was very unfriendly and unwelcoming, never once came to ask if everything was still okay or if we need anything..when we arrived we had to go out, we asked the cleaners to lock up..we came and the door was wild open.the place has monkeys...our stay was not pleasant at all. Would not recommend the place to anyone.

The bedroom was not clean and the bed was not made, the guy that was attending to use was very rude and very much racesist I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.

The place is beautiful and peaceful.. environment very calming

Customer service . The lady from reception was good,helpful and very considerate, even though we did last minute request to spend an additional night . She handled all so professional and even agreed to allow us to be given the same room we initially allocated to. On return later in the night , the room service was not done. On report of the situation an older guy was sent to "assist" .. His approach was very ride and disrespectful, somewhat suggested we might have got there and messed up the room or arrival .. asking if we are sure we found the room like that 😔😔.. ?? So disappointing and hurtful to be treated like that as an adult and paying customer .

The breakfast was amazing, I can't complain about anything. Judy and Hendry went out of their way
