Willow Banks Lodge

I like the pool and the river view.

The rooms are untidy. There's no fridge in room, no plugs to charge phones, had to wait for others to use the iron, dust everywhere in the rooms, no carpet in the room and or bathroom, the walls are dirty, looked brown, the massage area was a disaster....

The food was awesome, we had breakfast both mornings. The staff are very friendly and incredibly accommodating. The staff were on hand to assist with anything we needed and are great to us. They even let us check out a little later, and they were cool about us arriving a little late. Great people.

Pool could be cleaner, but that is probably a water issues. We still swam and that was awesome, so very little to actually complain about.

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, always willing to assist and to put the cherry on top they upgraded us just make our stay a little more comfortable. What a wonderful experience ❤️

I would like for them to put a little more emphasis on making sure their cleaners do a proper job. The cleaners are not paying attention to the little things that guests notice

Boat, bed comfortably, peaceful place

The rooms not not clean more Especially the one that we were using. You did not supply us with water and breakfast. Bathroom soap, shampoo and body lotion

The staff was really friendly, the place is very neat and comfortable inside, and its quite a spectacle on the outside, its just on the banks of the Vaal river which is a bonus. The boat ride was really refreshing as well.
