Phongnha Rice Field Homestay is your home away from home The family which runs this place is is such an amazing host. Very kind and helpful Amazing place to stay if you are looking for a quiet place with beautiful landscape and paddy fields The rooms are very clean and comfortable and well maintained. Delicious breakfast We also had dinner with the family who cooked the local meal for us Hang managed the whole thing so well and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable during our stay and speaks very good English We loved our stay here and will surely plan to go again Highly recommend this Homestay

The homestay was lovely and clean, the rooms were so spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Views were amazing, and the family who run it were incredibly sweet. The owners made us delicious noodles for breakfast, and came to pick us up from our drop off location at 5am. They also arranged our onward travel, and did some laundry for us in less than 24hrs. We only had a quick stop here so we didn’t get to see as much as we wanted to, but if you wanted to see the caves you can book a tour through the homestay. There’s a coffee shop and small shop on site, and you can rent a motorbike for 150k a day. Overall a lovely stay with lovely people!

If you aren’t comfortable driving a motorbike/scooter it might not be the best for you as it is out of Phong Nha center and you do need a bike to get back (no pavement on main road to walk there). Also just a small thing which is to be expected, but a cockerel will wake you up early in the morning😂 all part of the experience!

It was truly one of the top stays we've had on our whole Vietnam trip, 100% recommend! The room was really clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. You can eat traditional vietnamese dinner with the family for a really fair price (don't remember the exact price though), and rent a motorbike for 150k for 2 days. If you want to do laundry you can, there's small shop in front that the family runs where you can get snacks if you want. All at an affordable price :) Location was superb, they have a portch right next to the rice fields where you can enjoy a beer in the evening! The surrounding area we discovered by scooter which we enjoyed a lot. Transfer from the train station was good, you can take the bus for 80k from Dong Hoi to Phong Nha or you can take a taxi directly from Dong Hoi for 500k. The family is incredibly nice and welcoming, they have a daughter who speaks great English so communication is not a problem at all. We enjoyed our time there a lot, so I really can not recommend this place enough! Thanks again :)

Everything. Amazing hosts, who are extremely helpful and friendly. Room was clean, nestled along the rice fields, the location is great for people who enjoys a quiet setting. Love the home-cooked meals too. Thank you for taking care of me so well :)
