Panorama Lodge and Restaurant

Mingma and the entire staff took great care of us at the Panorama Lodge. The food is amazing, the rooms are warm, and the dining room has the best library of any we experienced during our three weeks of trekking.

You have to walk up a few more steps to get here versus some other lodges but it's well worth the effort

The staff is the friendliest and most professional I’ve come across in nepal. I hope the owner is seeing that his staff is well taken care of.

The owner. He’s sneaky, cheating on the bill. Be mindful of the bill, the owner has different thoughts on how much money he wants from you and your bill will miraculously grow depending on his mood. The food portions for breakfast are at an absolute minimum yet maximum price. I had to get a second breakfast before starting out on my trip into the mountains. The budget room accommodation is clean and cozy yet there are no facilities provided, ie, toilet paper or water to clean yourself, no soap to wash your hands, etc. Having to use the restaurant facilities is unacceptable!
