Stairs to the bedroom meant I could not carry my suitcase to the room, poor welcome on arrival and the absence of a customer service approach.

Wonderful location, and friendly host

Cute cottage set in lovely gardens with perfect views of the bay and the penguins! The garden gate leads you to the boardwalk where you can see the penguins and rock hyrax right up next to the path before you even enter the national park area. The apartment is run by a lovely family who were extremely accommodating and drove me out to pick up some supplies as we arrived late and hadn't eaten. So kind of them. We'd love to return and stay longer if we get the chance.

We loved our little studio looking over Boulders Beach so much that we ordered takeout because we didn’t want to leave our view! The owner was incredibly sweet. You can’t beat the walk down to the penguin beach.

Great location, right next to Boulders Beach. There's a side gate on the property to access the boardwalk. You can literally see the Penguins from the garden. The hosts are great and very accommodating (we had a fairly late arrival). Kitchen had pretty much everything needed, and the hosts' 2 border collies are incredibly cute and entertaining.
