MYThat villa so nice and big , view also nice , got 3 room inside but one of that room got many bugs, already checking all windows is close that fying bugs dont know where come from , till me need in outside sofa , another 2 room is no bugs
Restaurant that too far So no lucky is that 2 days is raining , so funny is all staff dont have any umbrella can we borrow us , night time go restaurant also , too dark to go , me also scare my family menber slip and fall
MYThe whole environment is inviting and welcoming. Well maintained and and accommodation was super comfy and clean. The staff were so attentive to our needs and special mention to Manager Ridwuan and his super team of Sue, Fedro, Clive, Angie and Shiela. Arriving late, they even took the trouble to ensure that we were able to enjoy the hot spring tub! The breakfast was yummy and a wide spread of food available for our enjoyment. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and certainly look forward to going back again. Good job Sutera Sanctuary lodges @ Poring!

GBThe staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The Jungle Lodge is excellent with the courtyard hot water bath as an extra bonus to our stay. The food in the restaurant is very nice too. It gets very busy with visitors who walk straight past your accomodation but they leave fairly early making the evenings very quiet.
The public hot water baths are too busy
MYRoom is well maintained. & i really love the sound of the river. There so much to do within the resort area too. Serene view and peaceful.
There is not much option for food around the resort, but to us what offer in the restaurant is sufficient for our 2 nites stay.
